Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To help keep my schedule running smoothly and fairly for all clients, please review the following: * Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file. * No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. * Outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before booking any future appointments. Late Policy Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full appointment. * A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. * If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or may be considered a no-show, depending on the day’s schedule. * If your appointment is considered a no-show, the card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Guests & Children To provide a relaxing experience for everyone, please come to your appointment alone whenever possible. My studio is a small, private space, and there is very limited room for extra guests. Because of this: * Please do not bring friends or family members unless they have their own scheduled appointment, unless we discussed otherwise * Children should only accompany you if absolutely necessary and must remain supervised at all times.
